The program also focuses on building a daily practice, guiding participants through creating a mindfulness routine, mindful walking, incorporating mindfulness into daily activities, loving-kindness meditation, dealing with distractions, mindful listening, and concluding with a weekly reflection and goal setting. This program aims to integrate mindfulness seamlessly into daily life, enhancing mental well-being and fostering a deeper sense of presence and awareness.
